Chocolate Baked Oats

Not you average oats. What do you get when you blend the nutritional benefits of chocolate orro. and yummy baked oats? A delicious protein & vitamin packed magical snack! 

Ingredients: 
1/2 cup oats 
1 banana
1/2 tsp backing powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate orro. 
1-2 Tbsp non-dairy yogurt (for inside)
 Vegan chocolate chips (for topping)
    Directions:
    1. Preheat over to 350
    2. In a blender, combined oats, banana, baking powder, salt and chocolate orro., and blend
    3. Transfer to slightly oiled backing dish 
    4. Press a spoonful of yogurt into the batter and make sure it's covered
    5. Top with chocolate chips 
    6. Back for 25 minutes
    7. Let the oats cool a bit and enjoy!
