How do you typically start your day or what’s your morning routine?
I usually get woken up by Gio so I start the day with daddy duties :) When I get the chance I throw down some lemon water, brew up some of my coffee and then head out to walk our dog.
3 things you can’t live without?
Our kids, working out and music, oh and if I can add a fourth it's definitely the chocolate Orro shake... been a life saver with all the running around I've been doing lately.
What’s the best part of your job?
The flexibility for sure.
What’s the best part of being a dad?
The small moments. The hugs. The laughs. Nothing beats it.
What’s your spirit animal?
I want to say something cool like a lion but honestly I just took an online test to find out and it landed me at "turtle". So turtle it is.
What’s your worst habit?
Striving for perfection over progress.

How do you use orro. throughout your day?
Right now a personal goal of mine is to add 5-10lbs of muscle so I'm drinking them in between meals for some extra protein/calories, but if I haven't had time to sit down for a proper meal I use them to hold me over until I can.
Favorite song, album, or artist right now?
Drake. 100% Drake.
Favorite restaurant in LA?
Think I have to go with Pura Vita... bomb plant-based Italian food.
What’s the best advice someone has given you?
Listen more. You don't learn anything new by talking.

Our podcast Adulting Like a Mother Father is going strong. New episodes drop every Tuesday if you want to check it out. My coffee co (Drew Coffee) is revamping it's online presence and mission so I'm really excited about that... but I think I might be most excited about Fit LIke A MF which is an online fitness community we're building to support our fellow mother fathers & help them reach their fitness goals. We just finished up our first 30 day challenge and the energy in the group was amazing!
